How can I return an item?

All items purchased from  www.biosilver.es  They can always be returned if they are in perfect condition and the product has not been used. However, do not forget that you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to return it.

To proceed with the return of the product, send us an email to
info@biosilver.es  providing us with your information and the order number confirming your return request (let us know the reason).

As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you to provide you with more information on how to proceed. The item must be sent in the same condition it was received. Please protect the box with the same package that we used and if you do not have the original packaging, you have to replace it with a package of similar size and capacity. If we verify that the product does not arrive in perfect condition, it may affect the aforementioned change.

Once we receive the item you purchased, and we check the status, we will refund the amount.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of the collection, these costs will be subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed.

HOW WILL I GET THE REFUND?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount of the transaction less the collected costs generated, by the same payment method that you made the purchase.
